CO₂ emissions from power generation in Eurasia 2021-2026
Eurasia's carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions from electricity supply are forecast to increase by 1.9 percent by 2026, relative to 2023 levels. This would see CO₂ emissions from power generation in the Eurasian (EAEU) region rise to 589 million metric tons (MtCO₂).
