D2C subscription consumer loyalty in the U.S. 2022
Direct-to-consumer (D2C) subscriptions have been impacted by rising costs, product availability, and irregular deliveries in the United States, according to a survey conducted in early 2022. These issues negatively affected over 30 percent of customers, leading to a decrease in loyalty to D2C subscriptions. On the other hand, 60 percent of customers said they had not been impacted by such problems.
