Car intenders considering a touchpoint with dealer to be essential: Europe
As of 2020, 95 percent of German consumers intending to buy a car considered a personal touchpoint with the dealer to be essential. Among the countries mentioned, Spain was the country with the highest percentage of consumers to whom physical contact still played a decisive role in the process of buying a car.
