Outbound tourism Latin American countries 2018

Mexico was the Latin American country with the largest number of international tourist departures in 2018, with nearly 19.8 million. That same year, Argentina's outbound tourism amounted to 11.13 million departures. The third country in the Latin American ranking was Brazil, with around 10.63 million outbound travelers.

The data on outbound tourists refer to the number of departures, not to the number of people traveling.
