This statistic shows the result of a survey in 2017 where European travelers were asked to select the online sources they used to book travel on their last trip. Overall, online travel agencies (OTAs) were the main source of booking travel online. It was especially popular with German travelers, with 56 percent saying they had last used an OTA to book travel.
