Satisfactory level among four-wheeler luxury car dealers in India 2022, by brand
In a survey conducted in 2022, among four-wheeler luxury segment dealers, dealers for Volvo Cars India had the highest level of satisfaction among all manufacturers in India, with a score of 919 out of 1,000. The segment's average was 825. In the survey, dealers mentioned that training cost sharing arrangements with the automobile manufacturers were unsatisfactory, and the companies' ability to fulfil orders with correct specifications were also of major concern.
