Prime net yield of senior housing in Europe Q2 2021, by city
In the second quarter of 2021, prime net yields of senior housing in Helsinki, Finland were 3.3 percent. In comparison, in Spain's capital Madrid, prime net yields were substantially higher at 5.75 percent. Net prime yields show the net income as a percentage of the capital value of the investment including the acquisition costs.
