Consumer price index (CPI) in West Africa 2021, by country
As of 2021, the consumer price index (CPI) in West Africa was highest in Ghana, and Guinea, at approximately 1,581 points and 1,349 points. The countries had registered lower consumer price indices of around 1,471 points and 1,269 points in the previous year, respectively. On the contrary, Senegal achieved the lowest CPI in the African sub-region, at around 135 points in 2021.
