Importance of amenities for choosing an apartment in the United States in 2020

Home amenities play an important role in the process of searching for an apartment community. According to a survey conducted among renters in the United States in December 2020, approximately 49 percent of respondents who have actively been looking for a new apartment community see home amenities as a large factor in their selection. In contrast, nine percent said that amenities do not play a role in their selection.
