In the fourth quarter of 2021, the region with the highest volume of licensed ultra-low emission heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) in England was Yorkshire and Humberside, with 103 registered vehicles. Some 90 vehicles, the second-highest number for licensed HGVs, were recorded in the North West. In contrast, in the East Midlands, just ten units were registered that year.
