Major online shopping events such as the Black Friday or even the French days greatly contribute to the end of year sales value of various online pure players. With Amazon being one of the biggest players in the field in France, the source wanted to assess the share of purchases made through Amazon during Black Friday over the years. Thus, since 2017 the share remained above 30 percent with a slight increase to 34 percent in 2019.
