The typical home value rose the most in Miami, FL - almost 13.5 percent annually as of February 2023. According to the forecast, it is expected to further increase but at a much slower rate of less than two percent until February 2024. The typical home value in the U.S. stood at approximately 328,000 U.S. dollars, which was an increase of almost seven percent from February 2022. In the next year, the increase was forecast at one percent.
