Share of the French population able to save money by consuming less 2013-2020

The COVID-19 crisis as well as sustainable consumption trends have had a big impact on people's purchasing behavior in 2020. That year, in France, 60 percent of consumers were under the impression that they had saved money by consuming less. In comparison, in 2013, the proportion of people making savings by consuming less was 49 percent.
