Online ads translating into in-store footfall Singapore 2019 by gender
According to the results of a survey on Singaporean shoppers between April and May 2019, 68 percent of male respondents and 58 percent of female respondents stated that they had been influenced by online ads they saw while outdoors to visit the nearest physical store to look for the relevant products. Digital advertising was forecasted to grow both in expenditure and market share, and the results of this survey seemed to prove the effectiveness of online advertising in increasing footfall to physical stores.
