Ways to listen to music in Norway 2015-2017
According to a survey from 2017, Norwegians' most common way of listening to music was via radio. 49 percent of respondents stated to have used this medium to consume music. This was a decrease of six percentage points compared to 2015. However, streaming services is becoming increasingly popular in Norway. While 31 percent of respondents listened to music on streaming services, such as Spotify or Amazon Prime Music in 2015, the share was already 41 percent in 2017.
