Inditex: the Spanish fashion giant
The Spanish clothing multinational, and owner of brands like Zara and Pull & Bear, generated more than 27.7 billion euros in 2021. This represents a notably higher turnover than other leading fashion retailers of the Mediterranean country, such as Mango or Tendam (Cortefiel). In fact, the fashion enterprise was positioned second on the list of leading apparel and accessories retailers in the world based on its sales, only outranked by the American TJX.

Inditex held a marketshare of over 67 percent in terms of main clothing brands in Spain in 2015. The Dublin-based clothing company Primark ranked second, with a market share of 14.2 percent.
