U.S. consumers: willingness to pay more for fairly traded products
This statistic represents the results of a consumer survey conducted in 2009 and 2011. U.S. consumers were asked to what extent they would agree or disagree with the following statement: "Fair Trade or Fair Trade food and beverages are worth paying a little extra for". In 2009, some five percent of respondents strongly disagreed with this statement.
