Share of Gen Z consumers using TikTok for online shopping Vietnam Q3 2022-Q4 2023
According to a survey conducted by Decision Lab among Vietnam's Gen Z internet users, approximately five percent of respondents from this generation confirmed using TikTok most frequently for online shopping during the fourth quarter of 2023, indicating a decrease of half compared to the preceding quarter. TikTok has emerged as one of the leading social media apps in Vietnam.
